      Create two projects and a workbench in each, in the following way

      Now try to open each workbench. The one that managed to start first works, and the other one does not. I guess the specific symptoms of the breakage don't really matter and may change between RHOAI versions in arbitrary way, so I am not cataloguing the failure modes here.
