After few minutes from installing RHOAI operator, opendatahub namespace gets created as well.

Steps to reproduce

Install RHOAI 2.9 (I used iib:704539)
Enable ray in the DSC

- - Sort By Name
  - Sort By Date
  - Ascending
  - Descending
  - Thumbnails
  - List
  - Download All
