We've adopted a method from the initial setup that involves modifying the Authorino deployment to include an Istio sidecar, integrating the Authorino instance into your OpenShift Service Mesh.

Using labels on the Authorino CR, we can ensure that the Istio label (sidecar.istio.io/inject: "true") is applied to the deployment at creation. This should ensure that the authorino pod indeed includes the istio-proxy sidecar.
