At present model serving controller generates certs from the CA injected into a configmap by platform from odh operator.
Model Registry also exposes REST and gRPC services for model registries created by users using Istio Gateway.
At present (potential 2.10.1 release), model registry leaves the configuration of the indivual certificate creation to the user.
RHOAI should have a common mechanism to help users create and manage certs for such services. This could either be done by leveraging a cert manager, and providing a UI in dashboard to work with it, or some similar way.
