      Requirement:

For Elyra to function properly, it is mandatory to set up a Pipeline server beforehand. The Pipeline server's data connection must be specified as a URI; otherwise, the initialization of the Elyra server will result in an error. Failure to meet this requirement will necessitate manual creation of the Data Science Pipelines runtime configuration.

The Pipeline server accommodates both hostname and URI specifications.

To replicate the issue, establish a pipeline server with an endpoint resembling minio-secure-minio.apps.ods-qe-psi-01.osp.rh-ods.com. Subsequently, create a workbench and examine the workbench logs:

[E 2024-04-02 14:17:35.587 ElyraApp] Validation failed for instance 'odh_dsp' using the kfp schema with error: 'minio-secure-minio.apps.ods-qe-psi-01.osp.rh-ods.com' is not a 'uri'.
[W 2024-04-02 14:17:35.587 ElyraApp] Fetch of instance 'odh_dsp' of schemaspace 'runtimes' encountered an exception: Validation failed for instance 'odh_dsp' using the kfp schema with error: 'minio-secure-minio.apps.ods-qe-psi-01.osp.rh-ods.com' is not a 'uri'.

To ensure the Data Science Pipelines runtime configuration is automatically generated, establish a pipeline server with an endpoint in the format: https://hostname.
