Currently, Workbench repository hosts the conda based images.
we should plan on automatic updates to those images, to keep the freshness of the package bits intact.

• Updates the environment.in with respect to rest of the pipfile.
• Create github workflow for generating the conda updates.
• Get information on how these new latest images needs to be updated on RHOAI.
