      Whem checking RHOAIENG-3213, I noticed this

      (app-root) (app-root) [/opt/app-root/src]
$ ../bin/activate
bash: ../bin/activate: Permission denied

      For some reason I have (app-root) twice, and the file in bin I tried to execute is not executable.
