Feedback and reviews have highlighted the confusion caused by allowing duplicate names for runs and versions within the Kubeflow UI. This situation complicates user interactions, particularly when managing or distinguishing between different items.

Objectives

• Either add a helper text to alert the user when a duplicate name is used for runs, schedules, versions, pipelines.
• Dont block the user from making one with a duplicate name
