The following actions are needed for the build of AMD-based notebook on Openshift CI.

• Configure CI: 
  • file: https://github.com/openshift/release/blob/master/ci-operator/config/opendatahub-io/notebooks/opendatahub-io-notebooks-main.yaml
    • config for build of amd-base
    • config for build of amd-datascience, amd-pytorch and amd-tensorflow.

Description

Create an Openshift CI script to build the new images.

Acceptance Criteria

• Execute the building pipelines successfuly.

How to Test

• Open a PR, check if the PR create images for AMD.
