We should write some code to help keep the Elyra secret in sync when we adjusting DSP on our side of things.

Right now you need to delete the DSPA from the Dashboard to clean up the secret. Reinstalling the DSPA will create a new secret.

This opens up us to a couple gaps:

1. DSPA could be deleted outside of the Dashboard – secret remains (noted here)
2. We could want to modify the Elyra secret while we are running on a DSPA, and have no mechanism to do this

This won't impact live Notebooks either way.

I imagine if we make it a deterministic output, updating it on a specific entry into the Dashboard if there are differences we can smooth things out a bit for the Elyra secret.

We should make sure we understand the cycles involved here – make sure we don't cause problems with this update.
