Description of problem:

1. It's unclear as to whether the articles are clickable - This is related to all 10 articles.

1. Navigate to the Applications page
2. Start the screen reader (e.g ChromeVox Browser Extension or VoiceOver), select the component and listen to the reader
3. Observe the issues reported above
