Description

• Validate notebook server page will have notebook image list, deployment size and environment variables section to create a server.
• Validate clicking on the start server button will open the modal by starting server.
• Validate that starting server successfully will enable 
• Validate that after server creation, Access server button is enabled clicking on that will navigate to a different page.
• Validate that after server creation, stop server button enabled and clicking on that will open a modal.

Network assertion

• Assert the method is correct - eg DELETE for deleting a k8s resource
• Assert the query params are correct - - eg dryRun followed by non-dry run if we mock respond successfully to the dryRun request
• Assert the request body content is as expected.
• Ensure that network assertion is made for start server and stop server action.
