• Validate data science administration group dropdown to add and update groups.
• Validate data science user group dropdown to add and update users.

Network assertion

• Assert the method is correct - eg DELETE for deleting a k8s resource
• Assert the query params are correct - - eg dryRun followed by non-dry run if we mock respond successfully to the dryRun request
• Assert the request body content is as expected.
  • Ensure that network assertion is made for adding and updating data science administration group
