Description

• Validate that empty table is displayed when no user and group are created.
• Validate that Add user button will allow you to add user name and select permission.
• Validate that Add group button will allow you to add user name and select permission.
• Validate Edit and Delete functionality for both user and group table.
• validate table sorting for both user and group table.

Network assertion

• Assert the method is correct - eg DELETE for deleting a k8s resource
• Assert the query params are correct - - eg dryRun followed by non-dry run if we mock respond successfully to the dryRun request
• Assert the request body content is as expected.
• Ensure that network assertion is made for add user, edit user, delete user. 
• Ensure that network assertion is made for add group, edit group and delete group
