Restart button takes me to a strange place

Description of problem:

I left a notebook open for 2 hours. The Idle-Culler killed it. 

When I get back to that tab, I see: 

When I click on "Restart", it takes me to the Jupyter Spawner. 

This is surprising and disappointing because this Notebook had been launched from my Data Science Project, as a workbench. I was expecting to be sent back to that page in the dashboard, not to the Jupyter Launcher.
