I was working with a customer (Verizon) that had OpenShift provisioned with NFS (not ODF) and expected they could serve their models with RHOAI without S3. The documentation is not clearly spelling out this hard requirement documented https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openshift_ai_self-managed/2.6/html/installing_and_uninstalling_openshift_ai_self-managed/overview-of-deploying-openshift-ai_install#requirements-for-openshift-ai-self-managed_install.

Please update the documentation to clearly stipulates the "S3 protocol" requirement in multiple areas of the documentation.
