      Describe the solution you'd like
In disconnected environments where cloud services like S3 or GCP are not accessible, it is common to deploy a model registry internally to store models. In such cases, many choose to apply TLS (Transport Layer Security) to the model registry. When using a Self-Signed Certificate, the CA (Certificate Authority) certificate must be known during Kserve storage initialization to download the model.

To support Self-Signed Certificates on OpenShift, there are several approaches. However, from the customer's perspective, providing an easy-to-follow method is crucial.
