When registering only via subscription-manager the host can take minutes to show up in inventory, sometimes more depending on service health. A couple issues with this;
- this is a regression compared to previous access.redhat.com experience, in which rhsm profiles could be viewed almost immediately
- there is no feedback for a customer to know if there was or is a problem responsible for the minutes-long delay
