Inventory group users cannot see the Advisor recommendation widget on the dashboard

Description of Problem

Inventory group users cannot see the Advisor recommendation widget even though the Advisor recommendation-results read permission is assigned to the group.

Steps to Reproduce

1.  Create an inventory group with some hosts.
2.  Assign inventory and advisory read permission to its role.
3.  Assign this group to a user.
4. Login using this user which has an inventory group assigned.

Actual Behavior

The advisor recommendation widget is not available on the dashboard.

Expected Behavior

It should be visible to show the total recommendations for the hosts in a group.

Business Impact / Additional info

Org admin can see the advisor recommendation widget for those inventory group hosts.
