Description of Problem

Red Hat Insights Advisor not showing any "affected systems". While clicking on any advisor rule, the affected systems section keep loading and never complete.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://console.redhat.com/insights/advisor/recommendations

1. Click on any advisor recommendation.

1. check the affected systems list.

Actual Behavior

Red Hat Insights > Advisor > Recommendation > Advisor rule.  The affected systems will just endlessly load / never load.

Expected Behavior

It should display the affected systems list under advisor recommendation.
