Advisor service currently recognizes 2 types of remediation - "Manual" & "Playbook".

The suggestion here is to add another category named "N/A".

"N/A" category should cover rules where remediation is not applicable/available.

A good example is rule "LIBDB_DEPRECATED_WARN" [0] which warns users that libdb is deprecated in RHEL 9 and most likely won't be available in RHEL 10.

This rule is a notification with no direct remediation path available.
