Update Inventory FrontEnd to be able to select CentOS instead of CentOS & RHEL

      Description:

      The current front end provides a filter for selecting specific OS versions.  The filter list shows CentOS as an option but selecting it checks both CentOS and RHEL filters.  We need to be able to just select CentOS versions.

Note: This was witnessed by myself, Chris Duryee, and Asa Price but it appears I cannot reproduce this today. Also, its not clear as to if this work may be blocked by the items in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHINENG-461
