Description of problem:
Scenario:

• Client connected to Sat6.10 on serverA
• Client with insights-client working fine and check every day correctly for months
• New RHEL8-Sat6.11 serverB created
• Client is re-registered with subscription-manager to serverB that has the same hostgroups and content profiles etc (no rpm changes except sat6client rpms and no puppet changes)
• Client is starting insights-client

Actual results:

• Client reports client cannot be found on the (already many months unchanged) insights ID
• Inventory shows the Client and with the (many months old) insights ID

Expected results:
Expectation:

• Client assigned to new Sat6.11 is working without re-registering
