Customer is not able to disable the advisor recommendation by following the below steps even if the user is having full permissions for advisor:-

• Navigate to the Operations > Advisor > Recommendations page and log in if necessary.
• Locate the recommendation to disable.
• Click the More-options icon at the right end of the row and then click Disable recommendation.
