Description of Problem

Authorizing image builder to push images to Microsoft Azure Cloud" section, on Step 4 of Procedure, We have a hyperlink for See Connecting Microsoft Azure account to the Red Hat Hybrid Cloud Console.

But clicking to it, takes me back to the top of the same doc , which feels wrong or weird. 

Expected Behavior

We need to fix the hyperlink to point to the right doc section ( whether in same or different doc )
