MCP test day: image building notifying when done didn't work

      Description of Problem

      Insights-mcp didn't notify me (does it even support notifying when thebuild is done?).

      mcp-notify-export.tar.gz

      How reproducible

      Only tried once

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Start image build
      2. Take it up on the offer to notify when done
      3. ???

      Actual Behavior

      Had to ask if it's done.

      Expected Behavior

      Notify!
