Description of Problem

I hit an error when trying to create a policy

Steps to Reproduce

1.  Navigate here: https://console.redhat.com/insights/compliance/scappolicies/new
2. Type something into the 'filter' box like 'STIG'
3. Error gets thrown, table not filtered

It appears a request is getting a 403:

https://console.redhat.com/api/compliance/v2/security_guides/supported_profiles?limit=10&offset=0&sort_by=title:asc&filter=(title+~+"S")+AND+(os_major_version=9)

But i am an org admin
