      Description:

      On Content -> Advisory page, always all Advisories are listed irrespective to which RHEL Major and Minor releases it applies.    

Need a feature to filter Advisories on Recommendations page by affected/applicable operating system.   

Use Case: List only the Advisories that are applicable to RHEL8.8 only.

      Feature:

      1. Go to https://console.redhat.com/insights/patch/advisories
2. Filter Operating System -> RHEL major or minor release
