Description of Problem

Exporting the Advisor recommendation is possible but all the KB links mentioned in the same results in 404 not found when opened in the browser

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open https://console.redhat.com/insights/advisor/recommendations#SIDs=&tags= 
2. Export the data in CSV
3. Open the file and look at Column F ( solution _url column )

Actual Behavior

Every single link is broken. Every URL is like this
https://access.redhat.com/solution/7041246

Whereas the actual link is https://access.redhat.com/articles/7041246

In seems, during the export

• The ID is picked up for Article or Solution 7041246
• Then it is simply concatenated with https://access.redhat.com/solution

  Expected Behavior

Correct URls are exported. 

Business Impact / Additional info

Bad user experience and wrong data in Exported data led to unexpected delays with the remediation process.
