Description of Problem

Red Hat Insights has been reporting RHEL 7, 8 and 9 servers with [The system is unable to boot when missing /bin related components|https://console.redhat.com/insights/advisor/recommendations/bin_components_missing%7CBIN_COMPONENTS_MISSING_V2] advisory. We checked some of these systems, but there are no missing /bin related components as noticed by Insights.

Also, we restarted that systems and all started successfully.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Register a host with Insights
2. Ensure it is on latest core

Actual Behavior

Noticed false positive recommendation : "The system is unable to boot when missing /bin related components "

Expected Behavior

The recommendation should not be flagged on the host as the '/bin -> /usr/bin' symbolic link does exists on the host.

Business Impact / Additional info

Too many production systems were reported with this issue. We need to clarify if it's a real trouble in order not to impact our critical mission systems.
