Description:

Reported initially by an Insights SIG member and I was able to replicate this. When going to Security -> Vulnerability -> Reports & clicking the "Download PDF" link under Executive report, either nothing happens or eventually a download will occur that when opened produces an error "Failed to load PDF document". The browser console upon event also produces the following error:

592.b3f1a586496fe518.js:1     POST https://console.redhat.com/api/crc-pdf-generator/v1/generate 504

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to RHEL Vulnerability -> Reports
2. Click Download PDF
3. If nothing happens click again
4. Eventually a download happens 
5. View browser console or attempt to open PDF for error

How reproducible: (Always / Intermittent / Random)

Actual Results:

Errors & unable to obtain executive report

Expected results:

Successful download of executive report & able to open PDF to view results
