Description of Problem

Advisor Recommendations page loses adjusted filters after refresh.

Always

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://console.redhat.com/insights/advisor/recommendations
2. Remove filter 'Systems impacted 1 or more' and press F5, it re-adds the filter
3. Remove filter 'Status = Enabled' and press F5, it re-adds the filter

Actual Behavior

The filters get re-added after refresh

Expected Behavior

The removed filters should not be added back.
