Description of Problem

The portal is now no longer updating to reflect 'insights-client --compliance' executions from the host. This looks to be limited to RHEL 7 hosts, as the RHEL 8 ones appear to be reporting ok.

Steps to Reproduce

1. [Step 1] On a RHEL 7 system, run 'insights-client --compliance'
2. [Step 2] Check the data on console.redhat.com/insights > Compliance
3. [Step 3]

Actual Behavior

insights portal not updating the data/reports related to compliance for RHEL 7

Expected Behavior

insights portal should report the updated the data/reports related to compliance for RHEL 7
