Description of feature:

• I would like to be able to manage compliance at the hostgroup level to facilitate easier management.
• I would like to be able to have hosts automatically have SCAP policies applied when added to a host group, and I would like to be able to apply a SCAP policy to a group in the same way individual hosts are added currently.
