      Description of Problem

Sometimes, and it seems it might be related to the time of the day, when we register a manually deployed RHEL9 client host to Insights through a Satellite host registration mechanism launched from an Ansible playbook (manually launched from outside of the Satellite environment), it seems that the host takes several minutes (more than 4 minutes in our latest test) to appear in Insights.

We've done uninterrupted testing since this morning at 7:30 a.m. by registering again and again the very same two satellite+insights clients. I can positively say that the very first problems appeared exactly at 11 a.m. New Caledonian Time, which is exactly 0:00 UTC (8 p.m. Raleigh North Carolina time).

      How reproducible

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Try to register the host at 0:00 UTC

      Actual Behavior

If the registration is completed successfully then there is a lag of 4-5 minutes for the host to appear in inventory. Otherwise registration will fail during this time.

      Expected Behavior

Registration should complete successfully and there should be no lag for host to appear in inventory.

      Business Impact / Additional info

We have to retry the same action until it works.
