Background: Many enterprise RHEL customers require extended support while they work to certify workloads on more recent versions of RHEL or migrate those workloads to containerized applications on OpenShift. These customers have the same environmental consistency and content control needs regardless of where they are in the RHEL lifecycle.

Objectives:

• Provide content management support to ELS/EUS customers running versions prior to RHEL 8.
• Access to this ELS/EUS content should be gated by Red Hat subscription
