Description
Add an option to provide UID when creating a user in hosted image builder in the hybrid console UI. This will help to manage users better across different images and RHEL versions.

Requirements

• When creating or editing an image blueprint in the HCC UI, during the user creation step, the user can specify a UID.

Documentation

• Will need to update documentation for this procedure to include the new option.
