Actual Behavior

Currently not possible, a new request needs to be made from scratch.

Expected Behavior

An option to

1. Select an existing Access Request (regardless of status)
2. Clone/duplicate/copy the request
3. this should open the 'Create request' wizard with all of the information filled in from the existing request so that the user can modify any option while keeping the rest of the options the same.

Business Impact / Additional info

Several use cases:

1. Send the same type of request to multiple customers
2. renew an expired request
3. resend a denied request after discussing it with the customer
4. etc.
