The Notifications of Insights does not yet support for Patch (Errata) notifications.
It would be a good way to modernize the Errata Notifications mailed to customers.

Background:
Currently customer is subscribed of the daily digest of the Errata Notifications on the regular RH Portal configured on the user profile. The daily digest is old fashioned mail concatenation based and has severe limitations from user perspective:

• Only 20 errata per mail, with a new minor release with 200 errata it takes 10-30 (depending on also new errata) days to catch up
• 60% of mail content is boiler plate repetition and not valuable content
• Not sorted per RHEL minor release

If the (mail) notification is builds in RH Hybrid Cloud Console you have a green-field approach to build a modern and configurable errata notification process.

• Modernize mails
• More usable content in a single mail because it is not just contact of mails
• Future Extension: Sorting of Errata per Product-Release
• Future Extension: Configurable mails (e.g. interesting products)
• Agile development process without impacting potential legacy customer business process on the mail format of the RH Portal mail
