Description of problem:
From the below link, a user can opt to receive email notifications for respective Insights services
https://console.redhat.com/user-preferences/notifications/rhel
However it is also mentioned 'See notification settings for configuration' next to both frequency options: instantly and daily digest.
This requires a user to to create a behavior group for an email action and select the respective events. Without this, even though a user subscribes to the daily digest notifications, but will never get any email.
This is not very user friendly. As an user, one should be able to enable email notifications in a simple way with just a toggle of the mail notifications in 'user preferences' and nothing more.
From customer perspective the current configurations is not user experience driven.
