Description of Problem

Red Hat Insights + Advisor can scan and inform about EOL packages well before they are EOL. 

The advisor includes ROL rules triggered when we detect approaching EOL or ELS of RH products\packages and Appstream modules. For EOL that happens at 30 days mark and for ELS it happens at 60 days mark. 

Once these rules are triggered :

• They are displayed as advisor recommendations
• They also trigger related events

But it's impossible to subscribe to EOL-only events to get notifications via email. One has to subscribe to all the Advisor Events to get weekly or monthly notifications via email and that does not include EOL-specific data.  

How reproducible

Ask:

• The advisor needs to have specific EOL-related events to be able to subscribe to.
• The end users need to be able to configure Insights notifications to be sent 30 days prior to the end of life (EOL) of software packages.
• The end user would prefer a more informative email from Insights Advisor that specifies which software/packages are reaching EOL in the next 30 days, along with any associated vulnerabilities, particularly the major ones. 
•  [Optionally] It would be even better to allow the end-user to select how many days before, they want to receive the notification about EOL i.e. 30 days 60 days or 90 days
