Why is this important?

• chat history can be restore upon restart, with a remote & persistent storage

Scenarios

1. road-core supports postgres and redis, investigate the two storage and see how to enable the support in RHDH lightspeed
2. define lightspeed plugin configuration to support persistent db
3. implementation

Note: RHDH also has RHDH Redis. May also want to investigate the feasibility of supporting RHDH Redis.
