Story (Required)

As a developer trying to test the rolling-demo and the team's dev RHDH instance against my changes I want a script that fully automates the process of setup

Background (Required)

This issue continues the work after https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHDHPAI-935 is completed and takes it one step further. The goal for RHDHPAI-935 is to transfer the logic from ai-rolling-demo-gitops, but for this issue is to ensure that the process becomes fully automated.

Out of scope

Only the automation of this process is in the scope.

Approach (Required)

The https://github.com/redhat-ai-dev/ai-rolling-demo-gitops/blob/main/scripts/prepare-rolling-demo.sh sets the basis for this issue however we need to make sure that:

• The updated scripts are configurable.
• They are fully automating the process, in a way it can be used by CI pipelines.

Customer facing documentation, API docs, design docs etc. are produced/updated, reviewed and published
Acceptance criteria are met
If the Grafana dashboard is updated, ensure the corresponding SOP is updated as well
