EPIC Goal
Clean up and reorganize the Dogfooding Instance by following[ this structure|https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Y_bA_sZviJ9j0mjE7fcdTbMLfB9TSIzRkppwUyGbgWQ/edit?usp=sharing]. Make the catalog easily navigable and a single source of truth for the engineering team. Following this structure ensures consistency in creating catalog-info.yaml across all plugins.
Background/Feature Origin
The catalog is the foundation of a successful adoption. We will reorganize the system and clean up existing components to align with the new team structure, making the instance more usable.
Why is this important?
A clean and up-to-date catalog ensures that we can navigate the instance easily and trust the validity of the information presented.
User Scenarios{}
I can use the RHDH catalog to find all official team documentation (process guides, schedules, structure), so I can find it easily and trust it.
I can access the new "Team Home" system in the catalog, so I can immediately access all key team resources under a single component
