      EPIC Goal

      The "main" orchestrator plugins are a little lacking in their unit tests/code coverage.  This epic is to track the addition of unit tests for better code coverage, which will hopefully surface any bugs that might be hiding.

      This will also be good for when new endpoints and functionality that might be added i the future
