      Evolve the release notes script to adapt to new situations such as:

      • Release notes content containing Additional resources blocks, when the script does not expect this. => Add links to Jira only in Known issues and bug fixes.
      • affectVersion is a list rather than a single value (https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHDHBUGS-2102)
      • Search in the RHDHPLAN project.
      • Nice to have: a subsection for the preview that highlight not done RN texts.
      • Nice to have: a daily preview.
