Regularly mentioned during the sync calls with Support.
I was thinking that we could leverage the current tool that runs daily to populate some fields on the RHDHSUPP issue from the support ticket: https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/rhidp/fill-rhdhbugs-from-support-cases/-/tree/main
A good starting point could be to just post a comment in case there is some inconsistency, tagging the issue reporter and support focal folks.
Acceptance Criteria
- It should warn about open RHDHSUPP issues that don't have a linked customer case
- It should warn about open RHDHSUPP issues that have a linked customer case closed and add a warning comment in the RHDHSUPP issue
- It should warn about RHDHSUPP issues that don't have a Priority set or have a Priority that does not reflect the severity of the linked case. This might help if the case severity is changed later on, but the JIRA priority does not reflect this.
- A single warning comment should be added to the RHDHSUPP issue for all warnings detected
- The comment should tag the issue reporter as well as David Boeren as Support focal.
