As part of this spike, we want to explore implementing a resizable docked mode that can be used by both Quickstarts and Lightspeed plugins. The goal is to design a reusable component that supports responsive resizing. When the docked panel is resized, the rest of the page layout should adjust accordingly.

• Propose where the common component should reside ? rhdh-plugins ? Should it be an RHDH framework specific component that is rendered based on a mount point in RHDH ?
