As a user of RHDH, I want the Nexus Repository Manager plugin to support multiple languages so Users will be able to select their preferred language from settings, with automatic detection based on browser preferences.

Acceptance Criteria

• All user facing text in the plugin (labels, button, heading, placeholders, tooltips, alerts, etc) should be translated.
• Translations should be stored in a namespaced file. for e.g. `en.json, fr.json`.
• The plugin continues to work correctly after translation updates.
• Unit test or snapshot test updated to handle the translated strings.
