Context

Various issues related to the dynamic plugins cache:

• RHDHSUPP-290
• RHDHSUPP-142
• RHDHSUPP-291: Not confirmed if it was related to the plugin cache, but the user mentioned that that they had multiple Deployments sharing the same cache PVC, and one of them was crashing.

The customers suggested that making use of a StatefulSet instead of a Deployment might help here, as each RHDH Pod would get its own stable storage.

Expected Outcome

• Investigate this option or suggest any other options if a StatefulSet doesn't help fix the errors reported in RHDHSUPP-290
• Eventually create other Epics/Stories/Tasks with the plan to implement the best option, as it might have some impact on the supported Install methods
